House Rules
No smoking in the house!
No parties! There is a neighborhood noise ordinance in place from 11pm - 7am. Please be considerate.
Please no shoes or boots in the house. Leave them in the mudroom, and your gear in the garage.
Please do not let clothes, bags, or bedding touch the baseboard heaters. They will burn!
Keep the hottub clean! Please shower before getting in, no food in the hottub, no beverages in glass containers.
Cancellations - Full refund for 48 hours after booking and up to 60 days before arrival. After that 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
