House Rules

No smoking in the house!
No parties! There is a neighborhood noise ordinance in place from 11pm - 7am. Please be considerate.
Please no shoes or boots in the house. Leave them in the mudroom, and your gear in the garage.
Please do not let clothes, bags, or bedding touch the baseboard heaters. They will burn!


Cancellations - Full refund for 48 hours after booking and up to 60 days before arrival. After that 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.

The space
This home has lots of character! Enjoy the fishing scenes, the moose lamps, the woodburning fireplace. Soak up stunning views of the mountains and town. Enjoy easy access to skiing, hiking, fishing, shopping, restaurants and more! Smart TV is available and a bluetooth sound system to play tunes from your phone.
Guest access
The whole place is yours, so make yourselves at home!
Access codes to the front door and the garage will be provided the day before your stay.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is 10am.
Additional notes
There is a private loft accessed by a ladder from the entry area which has 2 comfortable twin beds to sleep additional guests.
Please note the house is on a hill and there are lots of stairs. If you are not comfortable with stairs, this may not be the house for you. There are gates to help contain little ones and pets.

Neighborhood overview
There is great skiing just outside the door, town is 2 minutes away, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Copper and Keystone are all within 30 mins. There is always tons to do - whether skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, boating, fishing, hiking, or simply relaxing and enjoying the views. There is a great recreation center in town with a great pool, and there are many shopping, dining, and drinking options too!
Getting around
You can fit two cars in garage, two or more cars in driveway. Please note that when cars are in the driveway, the snow plow can't clear snow. Uber is available if needed. Skiing needs no vehicle - just walk across the street! Free shuttles are available further down the hill to take you into town.
